Central Tablelands Residence

From the moment we stood on the vacant land with the owners on day one, reviewing the architectural plans, it was clear that this project was destined for success. This exceptional project enabled Evolution Window Systems to demonstrate the pinnacle of innovation and excellence in the window and door industry.

Terra Firma

Perched high on a sandstone outcrop beside the Lane Cove River, the Terra Firma residence is a striking example of architecture rooted in the landscape - both literally and conceptually. Designed by Luigi Rosselli Architects, the three-story home combines natural materials such as rammed earth, recycled brick, reclaimed sandstone, and terracotta roof tiles to create a warm, grounded haven for its owners, who are lifelong sailors.

Middle Dural Residence

Situated on a sprawling 5-acre estate in Middle Dural, western Sydney, this majestic project showcases three elegantly designed pavilions, totaling an impressive 800 square meters of building footprint.

Pacific View Point House

This home at Bronte Beach in Sydney’s eastern seaboard is designed to soak up as much of the far-reaching Pacific Ocean views on offer while creating a “place for peace” for its occupants.

Wollstonecraft

The ageing Shirley Road Apartment complex in Wollstonecraft on Sydneys Lower North Shore was earmarked for an external facelift and improved weather performance. With 72 apartments showing clear signs of air leakage and deterioration, the owners set out to correct the waterproofing and add value to the apartments with new windows and optional sliding balcony doors.

North Bondi Rebuild

A touch of style, some new space and added scenery. To rebuild or to renovate? In this case it was….both! Sitting on the headland at North Bondi, this apartment complex possessed opportunity in bounds.

Coogee Units

Owners of this unit block in Sydney’s east wanted to achieve a face lift to the ageing cream brick exterior as well as updating the windows, doors and balconies to improve waterproofing and achieve a newer modernist appeal.

Our Timber Showroom

Recent year have seen the upgrade of the Evolution Windows showroom, located in the Western Sydney commercial district of St Mary’s, in close proximity to the M7 motorway connection.

Moss River House

The ‘Moss River House’ is built on the site of an original 1800s farmhouse, around 100 metres from the Yass River which flows through the property.

Surry Hills Children’s Court

This redevelopment involved the transformation of the 105 year old heritage building into a modern court for young people. This meant retaining parts of the existing heritage portions of the facade, whilst completely transforming the internals to a functioning and modern courthouse.

Woollahra Residence

The brief was deceptively simple: “I want windows and doors that are slim and look like expensive custom made steel. But I want them in timber!” The owners were over the moon with the end result. In their words, “Brilliant!”

Kenthurst Residence

This amazing property sits on the outskirts of Sydney, nestled amongst 5 acres with a bush land setting to the rear of the property. The design brief from the owners was simple but demanding, “We want seriously large pieces of glass to encapsulate the view and bushland, but it has to perform Thermally efficient!”

Warriewood Residence

Perched high on a ridge overlooking Sydney’s stunning Northern Beaches, there was never any question that windows would be a major feature of this impressive Warriewood residence. Of course, framing those sweeping ocean views might be a no-brainer, but the right solution isn’t always obvious, nor is the implementation always straightforward.

Northern Beaches Christian School

The client requested the largest possible top hung, double glazed, sliding door system, double glazed, around which they would then build the walls to suit. Being a school, special consideration was given to the operating forces to allow for ease of use by children. The design also had to comply with various codes including disabled, operating forces, fire escape and section J requirements.

UWS Lithgow

When plans were formed to establish a University of Western Sydney (UWS) Outreach Campus in an old, run down building in Lithgow’s civic precinct, it’s no surprise the project team were so commited to maintaining its old-world charm while ensuring sensitivity to the local environment.

Greek Orthodox Church

The acoustic design of this project was based wholly on AS2012-2000 with the typical aircraft movement (the type of aircraft and the number of movements) governing the extent of the treatment.

This amazing property sits at the end of Ocean View Road, Freshwater, on the Northern Beaches of Sydney. The design brief from the client was simple, yet challenging. They wanted to “view as much ocean as possible,” and “get maximum energy efficiency”.
